- Dysuria, urinary frequency or burning on urination
- Recurrent urinary tract infections or perrsistent symptoms despite treatment
- Contact or exposure to a sexually transmitted disease
- History of treatment failure or high risk for antibiotic resistance (PCR is not affected by concommitant antibiotic therapy.)
