Warranty

Treasure Cove II, Inc. grants a one (1) year limited warranty on all products and workmanship when we install in our area. We also give a one (1) year limited warranty against defects on all products shipped. Defective products will be repaired or replaced during the period of the warranty. Defects must be reported within 30 days of discovery.

Ordering

Office hours are weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.

Payment

Speak to a product consultant in reference to payment. Local builders and builders outside our local area have different payment requirements. Out of area or out of state orders require payment in full before shipment.

Delivery

Delivery schedules can vary depending on location of delivery and product availability. Your consultant will keep you informed about your delivery.

Returns

Treasure Cove II, Inc. has a very limited return policy. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization before attempting to ship any products. Custom products or colors are not returnable.
